Intelligent Flight Akku Li-Ion Polymer Phantom 4 Pro<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Akku Probleme bei der DJI P4 Pro. Drohne Startet nicht, Error Meldung Zelle 2 Defekt. Den Akku habe ich ca. 15 – 20 mal geladen also wenig. Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen dass eine Zelle schlecht ist da die Akkus von DJI von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t sind. Zellenabfrage \u00fcber das DJI APP ergab dass die Zelle 2 tats\u00e4chlich 0,2 Volt weniger anzeigte als die andern 3 Zellen.<\/p>\n

Ich habe den Akku ge\u00f6ffnet und das Controller Board ausgebaut. An den Akku habe ich provisorisch Balancer Kabel angel\u00f6tet um den Akku mit dem iCharger 4010 DUO zu entladen und Laden. Der Akku ist zu 100% in Ordnung und hat auf allen 4 Zellen die gleiche Spannung.<\/p>\n

Auf dem Controller Board ist der BQ30Z55 verbaut. Er ist f\u00fcr das ganze Lade Management und die Einschaltprozedur vom Akku verantwortlich.<\/p>\n

Aus Messing habe ich mir ein Ausl\u00f6t Werkzeug  gefr\u00e4st um den Chip von der Platine zu entfernen ohne dass die Leiterbahnen besch\u00e4digt werden.<\/p>\n

Ich werde den BQ Chip von Texas Instruments verl\u00f6ten! Erh\u00e4ltlich bei Mouser M\u00fcnchen.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n
